Laundry Service suspension during Thanksgiving and Winter Breaks

The E&R Laundry Service will be suspended during the Thanksgiving holiday and Winter Break.  Service suspension and resumption dates are as follows:

THANKSGIVING BREAK
Last shift before break = Monday, 11/18
First shift after break = Sunday, 12/1
*No Service during the week of 11/24 through 11/30*
Service resumes as usual during the week of 12/1 through 12/5
WINTER BREAK
Last shift before break = Monday, 12/16
First shift after break = Sunday, 1/26
*No Service during the weeks of 12/15 through 12/21 to 1/19 through 1/25*
Service resumes as usual during the week of 1/26 through 2/1
Important Note: While Sunday and Monday shifts are designated as “drop-off shifts,” it is advised that students do not drop off laundry on either Sunday, 11/17, Monday, 11/18 or Sunday, 12/15, Monday, 12/16 unless they do not wish to retrieve their laundry until after the corresponding break has ended.  This is because “pick-up shifts” will not be held during these two weeks.  In addition, there will be no access to the laundry closet thereafter until service resumes.  These shifts are intended to provide students with an extra opportunity to pick up their bags and hangers prior to the start of each break.

If you have any questions, please contact Jody at jwecht@barnard.edu.  Have wonderful breaks and be safe!
