Facilities Services will be checking and cleaning the heating/cooling units in Sulzberger, Sulz Tower, Elliott, and Plimpton over the winter break (December 20th, 2008 to January 20th, 2009).
Whether you intend to be here or not, you MUST remove all belongings and/or furniture that may restrict or block access to your heating/cooling unit prior to 5pm on December 20th. We ask that you make every effort to keep this area clear for the duration of the break or until a Facilities staff member services your unit.
To expedite this process, our Facilities staff will be working on this project during both day and night. Therefore, rooms that are NOT on Residential Life & Housing’s approved list for Winter Break may be entered in the middle of the night.
